I got a call from Jake this morning. We took a ride up to the base of Tower mountain. Another gorgeous day. I think it was about 3 degrees F.
Jake rides a single speed and he has one speed, which is fast. I always like riding with different people, but riding with Jake is always a great aerobic challenge for me.
We rode for about 40 minutes at a pace that was pretty close to all-out for me. Then we rolled back down home.
On the way back a wedding party was freezing their collective asses off.
A perfect start to the new year.
Tomorrow: K.P. Memorial Sunday Morning Menudo Ride. Leave fountain at 8:45.
