This trail provides a kinder gentler grade from Latah creek up to Brownes Addition. Judging by the quality and the Bobcat tracks nearby, this looks like a pro job.

I'm going to have to check that out next time I ride the trail beside Latah creek. I've always been curious to try the trails I was aware of, but they were pretty steep.
Actually not new so much as re-routed at the bottom.
I often dread "improvements" to trails, but they've added some rocks that may help prevent erosion. So, OK.
This trail is a grocery pack route for those of us down in the Flats.

This is going to be an awesome improvement to the Overlook Park trail. Travis Nichols has been instrumental in seeing this project through and it should be completed July 29th.
Nate: Thanks for the tip about the skunk at the bottom of the trail. I almost forgot.
