Jeff: actually, it's pretty light. All that metal siding stuff is actually styrofoam covered by reflective tinfoil stuff. And the tubing is aluminum square stock stuff.; June 19, 2011 at 3:00:00 PM PDT

The cart is very light and perfectly constructed. The supplies, however, are indeed heavy as hell. Water alone weighs 180 pounds. Hope that's enough.
