Good to have what you want even if you wish you didn't need it, but what's a "pat pack"?
When chain tools are outlawed, only outlaws will have chain tools.
A pat pack is how I'd have gotten my bike home if I wasn't packing a chain tool, since I doubt I'd have been able to talk anyone else into packing it home for me.
I thought the pat pack was like the rat pack, but they hang out at the pump track rather than the casino.
